Who We Are

Matthew Sapera Fine Homes builds and designs beautiful homes with a focus on enduring quality, timeless style and seamless service. Over the past 25 years, we have focused principally on high-end Toronto neighbourhoods such as Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Rosedale and Bayview. More recently, we have expanded our scope to include Nantucket, Massachusetts; Vancouver, British Columbia; and London, England.

Our projects have included a range of home types, architectural styles and client needs. The common threads are our clients’ discerning tastes and our commitment to deliver the best results possible for their most personal investment.

Matthew Sapera Fine Homes also develops luxury, in-fill properties with the same focus on quality and style, as well as relevance to existing neighbourhood design.

Our Services

We provide construction management services and design services:

- Construction management services are provided on the basis of a management fee calculated as a percentage of total construction costs.

- Design services are provided on the basis of time spent by the design professionals involved in the project and their respective hourly rates.
